MYO Talent is assisting in sourcing a Senior Software Delivery Lead for a hybrid/remote role in the UK. The position involves leading software delivery teams, coaching multiple development squads, and guiding large-scale transformations and product models.

The role requires hands-on delivery leadership, PI Planning experience, and a focus on agile SDLC across onshore and offshore environments. 6-month initial contract, with remote-first work and ~1 day per week in Warwickshire.

One of our leading clients is looking to recruit a Senior Software Delivery Lead / Manager.

Location - Hybrid Warwickshire / Remote (approx. 1 day per week in the office, 4 days remote).

6-month initial contract, £700 - 1,000 per day Inside IR35.

Experience:

• Leadership of software development / software engineering teams
• Leading and coaching of development teams
• Worked on large organisational transformation / transition / service product models / organisational model design
• Pipeline automation
• Leading PI Planning and backlog management across multiple development teams (Programme Increment Planning)
• Delivery leadership across onshore / offshore models

Sector - flexible on industry sector. Any exposure to a regulated industry would be beneficial such as Financial Services, Insurance, Banking, Pharmaceuticals, Utilities, Energy etc although not essential.
