Job summary

MYO Talent is seeking a Software Engineering Director/Manager for a 12-month initial contract on a hybrid model in the UK. The role is based in Warwickshire with remote work (approx. 1 day in the office, 4 days remote). Day rates range from £700 to £1,000 per day inside IR35.

You will lead multiple software development teams, drive a change agenda, and coach engineers. The role involves transitioning teams to a product-led model, Agile/SAFe PI Planning, and strong DevSecOps/CI/CD capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple software development teams.
• Able to drive a change agenda and new ways of working.
• Experience leading and coaching development teams.
• Transitioning teams from service to product-led focus - transformation / organisation design.
• Leading Agile / SAFe PI Planning (Programme Increment Planning) and backlog management.
• DevSecOps, CI/CD, automation and platform engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor multiple software development teams.

• Coach and develop engineering talent across teams.
