Standard Life plc is seeking a senior leader to translate People strategy into a coherent portfolio of digital products that enhance colleague experience and drive measurable business outcomes.

The role oversees the People Technology demand front door, product roadmaps, and delivery cadence, partnering with Platform and IT for secure, scalable solutions in Oracle HCM and Microsoft 365 ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in digital product management or product engineering.
• Strong product-management capability across discovery, roadmaps and backlogs.
• Experience with major HCM platforms and AI/automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own integrated product roadmaps and outcomes for People Technology.
• Lead product teams as trusted consultants delivering value and adoption.
• Build and lead Product Engineering, Test and Delivery capability.
