Job summary

Standard Life, a retirement specialist, is seeking a Senior HR Platform Lead to oversee the People Technology platform ecosystem, including Oracle HCM, payroll-critical services, and integrations. You will drive incident management, security, and continuous improvement in collaboration with Product, Operations and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes leadership of a Platform team, governance of changes, and partnership with external managed services to ensure stability and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership across enterprise HR platforms with Oracle Cloud HCM expertise.
• Experience managing production services and payroll-critical dependencies.
• Strong track record with outsourced technology services and partners.
• Knowledge of enterprise platform architecture, data and security.

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle and health of the People Technology platform ecosystem.
• Ensure service availability, resilience, incident and problem management.
• Maintain continuity for payroll-critical services and high-risk systems.
• Lead the Platform team and drive stability with partners.
• Govern changes, releases, patches and readiness.
