ClearBank seeks an Associate Director, People Strategy & Execution to shape how the People function operates and delivers. You will turn strategy into a focused plan, drive delivery through the People Leadership Team, and provide clear reporting to ExCo and the Board.

You will own the People budget and governance, collaborate across senior leaders, and drive high-priority initiatives to accelerate value and impact across the organisation.

Competenze

• Significant experience translating functional or business strategy into prioritised roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Strong programme or portfolio leadership experience, driving delivery through others.
• Experience building governance and operating rhythms across senior teams and portfolios.
• Excellent analytical, written and visual communication skills for executive audiences.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting.
• Credibility and influence with senior leaders to align stakeholders and decisions.
• A pragmatic, solutions-focused track record of simplifying complexity to improve delivery.
