Job summary

Taptap Send is seeking a systems-minded leader to drive our People Operations function, with a hands-on, high-ownership approach. You will set strategic direction and design the infrastructure that enables rapid scaling across our global team.

You will transform manual workflows into automated solutions, build a data-driven culture, and partner with Finance, Legal, and the business to align people strategy with growth. Office-based, five days a week, in London.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a high-performing, analytical environment (consulting, ops, or fast-growing startups).
• Experience leading a function or team and driving org-wide impact.
• Strong track record building scalable systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the People Operations team and set direction for the function.
• Own the People Operations strategy and AI-enabled transformation, driving 80–90% automation of day-to-day processes.
• Build people data infrastructure and self-serve dashboards for headcount, attrition, hiring, and compensation.
