Aviva is seeking a Motor Pricing Manager for Direct Trading in London, Norwich or Leeds with flexible/hybrid options depending on location. You will manage pricing across Direct channels, shape trading decisions and influence growth, retention and profitability through data-driven insight.
You'll collaborate with Pricing, Data and wider teams to deliver pricing changes that maximise business value, mentoring colleagues and driving portfolio performance.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in managing pricing and trading performance across our Direct business. Working across our web and phone channels, you'll help shape commercial decisions that influence both new business and a significant existing customer portfolio.
Our Motor Retail Pricing team brings together capabilities across Risk, Insights, Trading and Projects, giving you exposure to the full pricing lifecycle.
As a Motor Pricing Manager within Direct Trading, you'll sit at the heart of commercial decision‑making, managing a suite of products across our Direct channels and a substantial back book. You'll use analysis, insight and commercial judgement to influence pricing strategies that balance growth, retention and profitability.
Working alongside colleagues across Pricing, Data and the wider business, you'll drive decisions that directly impact customer and business outcomes.
