• Implement and improve payroll systems and procedures
• Manage the payroll team and foster a positive and efficient working environment
• Ensure timely payroll processing in adherence to legal standards
• Handle payroll-related queries effectively and courteously
• Liaise with other departments to streamline payroll procedures
