• Lead and deliver a long-term Partnerships strategy to grow income and maximise value.
• Identify, develop, negotiate and secure high-value partnerships to generate income and impact.
• Personally manage a portfolio of key partners and prospects to maximise income, retention and long-term value.
• Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship development.
• Provide strategic leadership to the Partnerships team with a focus on income growth and partner experience.
