Job summary

The Girls' Network is seeking a Head of Partnerships and Fundraising to lead income generation across corporate partnerships, trusts, major giving, individual giving and events. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on fundraising, building high-value relationships and shaping future sustainability.

You will line-manage a small team, work with the MD and Leadership Team, and help secure funding to empower girls across the UK. Flexible working options are available.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in fundraising, partnerships or income-generation functions at senior level.
• Proven ability to develop and deliver fundraising strategies, with measurable results.
• Experience growing income and managing donor relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead income-generation strategy across corporate partnerships, trusts, major giving and events.
• Build and steward high-value relationships with funders and partners.
• Lead and develop a small fundraising team and report to the MD/Board.
• Ensure fundraising activity complies with legal, regulatory and organisational standards.
