Job summary

Dentsu's Amplifi unit seeks a Head of Organic, Creators & Commerce (OCC) to steer organic social, creator partnerships, and social commerce, integrating Paid Social into a holistic Total Social approach.

Based in Manchester, you will oversee a team of eight specialists, drive revenue growth, and lead new business conversations with iProspect, Carat, and DentsuX, with regular travel to London.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management experience.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth through social media initiatives.
• Deep understanding of Paid Social, Organic Social and Creator Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Growth & New Business Leadership: Lead client growth projects and sales material creation for the OCC team.
• Strategic Proposition Leadership: Develop GTM strategy and align with Total Social proposition.
• Team & P&L Management: Lead and mentor a team, manage capacity and profitability.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with Paid Social Partners and client leads.
