Sixty Eight People Ltd. is seeking a hands-on, field-based Operations Leader to oversee 6–7 sites across the South and South Coast.

You’ll work directly with GMs and the Operations Director to drive standards, performance and consistent service across the estate. You'll own food development nationally, taking menus from concept to launch, coordinating kitchen teams, GMs and central teams, while turning data into action to improve margins and cost of sales.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-site operations in hospitality or food-focused businesses.
• Proven leadership; builds trust and develops senior site leaders.
• Data-driven with focus on margins, spend and cost of sales.
• Ability to align national menus with local delivery and ops realities.
• Structured, fast learner with strong organisational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across 6–7 sites, driving standards and performance estate-wide.
• Build relationships with GMs and support their development and execution.
• Own food development nationally from concept to launch across sites.
• Coordinate kitchen teams, GMs and central teams to timelines and launches.
• Turn data into actionable insights on food, drink and concessions performance.
• Partner with the Operations Director and senior team to ensure consistency.
• Bring structure and pace to implementing new ideas and processes.
• Adapt quickly to different site models during the initial 3–6 months.
