Head of Operations - Event Caterer, London, A£60k-A£70k + Bonus (Maternity Cover)

We're seeking a Head of Operations to lead the delivery of exceptional service for a growing London event caterer, covering a 12 Month Maternity Contract. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader with a passion for excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The Role:

1. Oversee day-to-day operations including logistics, staffing, and event execution
2. Lead the successful delivery of complex, high-profile events from planning through to delivery
3. Drive operational efficiency by refining systems, processes, and resource management
4. Manage, support, and develop cross-functional operations teams
5. Build strong relationships with clients, venue partners, and internal stakeholders
6. Ensure compliance with health & safety, sustainability, and brand standards at every touchpoint

The Ideal Candidate:
