Qualifications

• Experience leading analytics, data, or insight teams.
• Proven people management and stakeholder engagement capability.
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to work hands-on when required.
• Experience developing analytical strategy and influencing senior leadership.
• Strong statistical knowledge, including experimentation and significance testing.
• Experience translating complex analysis into actionable business recommendations.
• A track record of improving processes through automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Practical experience using AI tools and technologies to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of analysts and analytics professionals
• Define analytical priorities and building a structured, value-driven roadmap
• Partner with senior stakeholders to influence business decisions through insight
• Develop frameworks to measure operational performance and identify inefficiencies
• Deliver hands-on analysis, experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical evaluation
• Build scalable reporting and measurement frameworks
• Automate manual processes and improving analytical workflows
• Support AI-enabled operational initiatives, including chatbot and copilot analytics
• Establish trusted metrics, governance, and data quality standards
• Drive a culture of analytical rigour, commercial thinking, and continuous improvement
