An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to join a rapidly expanding, award-winning technology services business. Operating at the intersection of technology and human service delivery, this company serves major public sector clients, as well as large enterprises.

The Role

As Head of Operations, you will be instrumental in shaping and scaling the company’s operational backbone. Your focus will be on driving operational excellence, efficiency, and cross-departmental synergy while supporting strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of operational strategies aligned with business goals.
• Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments to ensure delivery excellence.
• Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement in productivity and profitability.
• Promote cross-functional collaboration and operational cohesion.
• Manage risk, compliance, and quality standards across functions.
• Build and mentor high-performing operational teams.

About You

• A track record of implementing systems and technologies to drive efficiencies.
