Sofina Foods is seeking an experienced Head of Operations to lead our sliced meats production facility in Coalville. This critical site leadership role involves full accountability for day-to-day operations, people performance, and site standards across Production, Engineering, Health & Safety, Planning, and Warehouse.

You will be responsible for setting the pace, building an empowered leadership team, and delivering key KPIs to ensure customer demand is met efficiently, safely, and with the highest quality.

1. Lead all site operations, driving performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
2. Deliver operational KPIs including OEE, yield, labour cost, waste, and service.
3. Build a strong, focused leadership team with a culture of accountability and development.
4. Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, legal, and retailer standards.
5. Work cross-functionally with Technical, HR, Commercial, and Planning teams to meet business objectives.
6. Champion a positive site culture and colleague engagement.
7. Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including customer representatives.
