JLR has recently established the JLR Foundation (JLRF) as an independent charity with a mission to empower disadvantaged children and young people to meet their full potential.
It is an exciting time to join and shape a brand-new grant-making Foundation which will forge long-term partnerships with inspiring non-profits in the UK and beyond.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Reporting to the JLRF Director, this is a senior leadership role responsible for building and overseeing the foundation’s operations and grant management processes.
You will be comfortable in a start-up environment and will have the vision to create the systems and infrastructure needed to establish JLRF as a leading corporate foundation working across multiple geographies.
You will establish clear and effective ways of working with operational functions at JLR, drawing on support and leveraging the enthusiasm and expertise of colleagues within the business.
