Location: Either Glasgow or South Queensferry
We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational, and experienced manager who will be responsible to the General Manager for managing National Ambulance Control Centres.
The role includes oversight and responsibility for the operation of ACC, meeting performance targets on service delivery while ensuring staff wellbeing. You must be capable of working independently and have experience managing multidisciplinary teams. Exceptional personnel management skills and the ability to lead and inspire your team are essential.
As a key member of the ACC Senior Leadership Team, you should have significant experience at middle or senior management levels within a similar organization, with a proven record of success, sound judgment, and decision-making. Additionally, you should demonstrate performance delivery and exceptional people management skills, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The base location for this position will be Edinburgh or Glasgow, as agreed with the successful candidate.
