We are seeking a dynamic, inspirational, and experienced manager responsible to the General Manager for managing the National Ambulance Control Centres.
The role oversees the operation of ACC, ensuring performance targets on service delivery are met while maintaining staff wellbeing. The successful candidate must be able to work independently, have experience managing multidisciplinary teams, and possess exceptional personnel management skills to lead and inspire.
As a key member of the ACC Senior Leadership Team, you should have significant experience at middle or senior management levels within a similar organization, with a proven track record of success, sound judgment, and decision-making. Evidence of performance delivery, exceptional people management skills, and partnership working are essential. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
The base location will be Edinburgh or Glasgow, agreed with the successful candidate.
