Job summary

SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a dynamic Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching to lead the CTC team and drive the operationalisation of the MDA system for customers. The role combines strategy, training development and programme leadership, with global reach and UK-based hybrid work from the Bristol region.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of trainers, adoption specialists and customer success managers.
• Design and manage the overarching framework for the CTC program.
• Coordinate development and timely delivery of customised customer training.
• Develop schedules and action plans for training and coaching initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to organise resources.
