SRT Marine Systems plc is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to become Head of Operational Concepts, Training and Coaching. You will lead a multidisciplinary team to operationalise the MDA system for customers, guiding complex transitions over long-term programs.

You will base in the Bristol office with hybrid working (3 days in the UK office) and travel globally up to 40% to support projects. Strong leadership and programme development experience are essential.

• Proven experience of developing large-scale online and in-person training.
• Proven experience in organising and managing large-scale global training programs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with clients.

Aufgaben

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of trainers, adoption specialists, and customer success managers.
• Design and manage the framework for the CTC program.
• Coordinate development and delivery of SRT Academy training.
• Develop schedules and action plans for training initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners for resource planning.
• Monitor training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
