Job summary

Royal Bank of Scotland invites applications for Head of Offshore Funds Coverage, leading teams across Jersey and Guernsey to shape strategy and grow a significant offshore funds portfolio.

You will own key relationships and coordinate with Coverage, Product, Credit, Risk and Operations to deliver excellent client outcomes, while building a high-performing cross-jurisdictional team and elevating the bank’s offshore funds profile. Hours: 35; Hybrid working model.

Qualifications

• Proven track record leading customer-facing teams across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to operate across markets and regulatory environments.
• Credibility and influence to represent the bank externally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop high-performing teams across two jurisdictions, fostering a connected culture centred on performance, development and customer outcomes.
• Drive sustainable growth through disciplined origination, effective portfolio management and strong market engagement.
• Build and maintain influential networks across fund sponsors, intermediaries, professional firms and other key market participants.
• Represent RBSI at industry forums, professional bodies and stakeholder groups, enhancing the bank’s profile and reputation within the offshore funds market.
• Bring market, regulatory and customer insight into business planning, portfolio strategy and investment decisions.
• Strengthen future leadership capability and succession across the Offshore Funds Coverage team.
