Seven Investment Management is seeking an Office Services Manager to lead the London Office Services team across City locations (Angel Court and Moorgate). You will ensure consistent delivery of workplace, facilities, front-of-house, and employee experience, while supporting health, safety and compliance initiatives.

You will manage the Office Services Lead and Office Experience Lead, driving service standards, cost control, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced financial services

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing office services, workplace, facilities or similar operational support.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, contracts and supplier performance.

• Lead and develop the London Office Services team with clear objectives and service standards.
• Manage performance through feedback, reviews and coaching.
• Oversee delivery of workplace, facilities, and front-of-house services across London locations.
• Ensure offices are well maintained, resourced and professionally presented.
• Coordinate safety, compliance and business continuity activities across sites.
• Manage relationships with landlords, building teams, contractors and service providers.
