Qualifications

• PhD-level expertise in molecular biology and biochemistry.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-disciplinary teams.
• Strong background in high-throughput experimental design and data interpretation.
• Experience building or scaling research programs in industry or academia.

Responsabilités

• Build and lead a world-class molecular biology and synthetic biology function.
• Set technical strategy and operating model for molecular biology and high-throughput capabilities.
• Lead experimental design and scientific coaching during team formation.
