Responsabilidades

• Leadership: contribute to development and expansion of a newly established plant science institute to become a global leader.
• Establish, lead, and evolve a flagship research programme to increase yield while decreasing inputs via biotechnological engineering of photosynthesis, carbon assimilation and biological nitrogen fixation in plants.
• The Senior Group Leader will coach and oversee programmes led by Group Leaders within Yield Productivity while also leading their own independent programme.
• To recruit and lead a top talent team and to manage performance with accountability.
