Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced pharmaceutical brand directors to help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations across brand plan decks, launch readiness materials, market performance reviews, payer value stories, sales tools, and lifecycle slides.

This fully remote, flexible role offers 5-20 hours per week (more if desired), starting ASAP, at a rate of $80 per hour.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in pharmaceutical brand management or commercial strategy.
• Ownership of brand plan and launch materials at a significant pharma company.
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship; strong written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop brand plan presentations and launch readiness decks.
• Prepare market performance reviews and payer value story slides.
• Produce sales force materials and lifecycle strategy presentations.
