Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced corporate strategy managers to help train AI models on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. The role involves supporting acquisitions, divestitures, or partnerships with 4+ years in in-house corporate development.

You will create board-ready decks and executive materials, with expert PowerPoint skills and precise, clear communication. The engagement is flexible, remote, and part-time (5–20 hours/week or more).

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate development or in-house M&A at a significant company
• Experience producing board and executive committee materials for live transactions
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks for board approvals and deal updates
• Prepare board and executive committee materials for live transactions; support deal diligence and integration planning
• Craft high-quality, visually compelling slides with precise messaging and data visuals
