Job summary

ADLIB Recruitment | B Corp™ seeks a newly created Head of Marketing to build and shape the marketing function, linking marketing to sales and commercial performance. The role sits on the Senior Leadership Team and drives demand generation, customer propositions and campaign effectiveness.

Based in Powys with a long-term commitment to office presence, you will identify priority markets, lead a small team and partner with external agencies to deliver measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong B2B marketing experience within distribution, packaging, manufacturing, industrial products, wholesale or similar.
• Evidence of delivering measurable commercial outcomes through marketing.
• Experience working with sales teams on pipeline, lead generation and conversion.
• Ability to identify attractive markets, sectors and customer opportunities.
• Experience translating products and services into compelling customer propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own the marketing strategy and turn insights into a practical plan.
• Identify priority markets, sectors and target customers.
• Improve customer propositions and communicate why customers should choose the business.
• Collaborate with Sales to generate, qualify and convert opportunities.
• Work with Supply Chain to identify opportunities from supplier relationships and new products.
• Manage internal and external marketing resources and improve campaigns and reporting.
• Create structure and focus while avoiding unnecessary process.
