ADLIB is seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to join a growing, ambitious organisation in the UK. You’ll plan, create and deliver integrated campaigns across channels to generate leads, raise brand visibility and support business growth.

The role covers campaign planning, content creation, email marketing, SEO and social media, with strong emphasis on tracking performance, ROI and collaboration with sales and product teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Campaign Manager or similar role.
• Strong track record of planning, delivering and optimising campaigns.
• Experience across email, content, social media and SEO.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.
• CIM qualification would be beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns aligned with strategy.
• Own campaign delivery from concept to execution.
• Develop content and messaging for campaigns.
• Email marketing, website content, blogs, and social media.
• Analyse performance and identify optimization opportunities.
