The Corporate Communications and Marketing Lead manages the brand's external communications and marketing, enhancing brand visibility through various B2B channels. They support business units with strategic messaging and materials production. The role requires project management, attention to detail, and team leadership, while embodying the brand's values as an ambassador.
Description
Lead the corporate marketing and external communications strategy in line with the Strategic Framework and Business Plan.
Oversee external communications with a strategic plan to boost brand awareness and track KPIs.
Drive brand strategy and visual identity to ensure consistency and alignment with corporate goals.
Develop thought leadership content and manage the brand's involvement in webinars, podcasts, and events.
Support bids and tenders with strategic messaging, content, design, and proofreading.
Manage and enhance the corporate website with SEO, accessibility, and user experience improvements.
Produce investor communications, including reports and presentations, in collaboration with finance.
Lead the creation of the annual Sustainability Report, ensuring consistency and quality.
Manage marketing and communications budgets with a focus on ROI.
Optimise digital platform performance and oversee corporate social media content and approvals.
Supervise the Communications Manager and Creative Designer to deliver high-quality outputs.
Develop presentations and promotional materials for partners and stakeholders.
Plan event sponsorships and award submissions to boost brand recognition.
Provide PR and social media support to the Foundation.
Maintain an accurate, accessible, and up-to-date knowledge library.
Oversee production of creative assets and liaise with external agencies as needed.
Handle media enquiries, press activity, and media monitoring.
Champion the values and integrate them across communications.
Profile
7+ years in corporate communications with strong expertise in annual report production.
Experience supporting major bids and business development efforts.
Skilled in developing and delivering multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with brand goals.
Experienced across digital, print, and multimedia formats.
Strategic mindset with practical SEO and digital content skills.
Strong communicator, confident with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
