AVS is a paid B2B service that helps strategically grow complex brands on Amazon. As a Senior Brand Specialist, you will:

  • Drive growth across Amazon Vendor Services with support from our core partner teams.
  • Leverage advanced data analytics to provide actionable business advice to optimize sales and profitability.
  • Manage the product lifecycle, from new product launches to improving discoverability and relevance.
  • Drive supply-chain excellence by optimizing inventory, reducing operational costs, and enhancing delivery processes.
  • Develop marketing and advertising strategies with vendors to increase traffic and brand visibility.
  • Implement promotional activities and optimize content to improve conversion rates on product pages.
Key job responsibilities
  1. Own and drive growth strategies for a portfolio of vendor accounts, ensuring operational excellence and strategic planning.
  2. Lead initiatives and collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and business results.
  3. Analyze business performance, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations.
  4. Promote vendor adoption of Amazon programs and tools for mutual growth.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior vendor stakeholders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in account management, project management, or buying.
  • Experience as a market research analyst, product manager, or similar role.
  • Experience in roles such as quantitative/financial analysis, retail buying, planning & allocation, product/project management, pricing, marketing, or e-commerce.
  • Experience driving internal cross-team collaboration.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in management consulting, investment banking, or brand management at a leading CPG company.
  • Experience in financial analysis, retail buying, planning & allocation, product/project management, marketing, business development, consulting, negotiation, or supply chain.
