We are looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on Head of Marketing to elevate our brand and growth engine.

Your Mission

You will be the driving force behind our marketing strategy, owning everything from brand to demand generation. Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, you'll lead a talented marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and the wider leadership to fuel growth, build brand equity, and position Acquired.com as a leader in recurring payments.

This role is ideal for a commercially minded marketing leader with a passion for product, an analytical mindset, and a deep understanding of building meaningful B2B growth in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  1. Lead & Inspire: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.
  2. Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that links brand and performance to business outcomes. Set KPIs, manage the marketing budget, and optimize based on data.
  3. Demand Generation: Drive full-funnel demand generation and ABM campaigns across digital channels, content, events, and paid media to attract, convert, and nurture high-value leads. Collaborate with Sales and Product to support pipeline growth.
  4. Brand & Positioning: Own our brand narrative, ensuring consistent messaging across all touchpoints. Lead PR and communications strategies, including thought leadership and media presence, to elevate Acquired.com.
  5. Insights & Innovation: Keep abreast of fintech and payments trends, using insights to inform strategy and maintain innovation leadership.
What You'll Bring
  1. 7+ years in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in fintech, SaaS, or tech scale-ups.
  2. Experience leading digital-first, product-led marketing strategies.
  3. Strong skills across the marketing spectrum: brand, demand gen, content, product marketing, PR, events, and partnerships.
  4. Data-driven and ROI-focused, with a proactive approach.
  5. Strategic yet hands-on, with the ability to execute and get things done.
  6. Excellent stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience.
  7. Passion for fintech, payments, and emerging technologies.
