Role Overview
As the Head of Marketing, you will be the brand custodian, responsible for all external messaging and positioning. Leading an in-house team and collaborating with external agencies, you will oversee a range of activities from content creation, marketing communications and take ownership of the brand. Your leadership will ensure the hotel’s reputation as a premier destination is upheld and enhanced.
Key Responsibilities:
· Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a dedicated marketing team, ensuring alignment with the hotel’s objectives and strategic position the business in the market
· Media Relations: Develop and execute proactive media strategies to ensure global coverage is the highest quality.
· Community Engagement: Forge partnerships within the business community to position the hotel as a leading community, top employer, and sustainable establishment.
· Marketing Communications: Oversee the creation and dissemination of marketing materials, manage website content, and collaborate on joint programs with luxury brands.
· Crisis Communications: Develop and implement crisis communication plans, providing training to key staff to ensure preparedness.
What we need from you:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Experience within a luxury brand across 360 marketing.
· Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and internal stakeholders.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Experience in media relations, community involvement, and marketing communications.
· They are open to other industries than hotels, but they are looking for someone to lead the brand and is a strong decision maker with luxury experience
