Job Description:
I am looking to recruit a seasoned Head Of Marketing (Maternity Cover). The candidate must have proven experience of Brand Strategy, activation, and delivery. The candidate should come from a 'bricks and mortar' sector such as B2B or B2C retail, hotels, property, etc. Please ensure you have this experience before you apply.
This is a high-impact role for a brand-focused marketing leader with expertise in digital, PR, and customer engagement.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior brand and marketing leadership role, ideally in property, real estate, retail, or hotels.
- Strong track record in brand building, digital marketing, and lead generation.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Brand Strategy & Positioning - Develop and execute a clear brand strategy to strengthen market presence and messaging. A large part of this role involves elevating the brand.
- Brand stewardship, campaign planning, and management.
- Take ownership of the new brand to ensure consistent and effective positioning in the market.
- Design and plan branding and positioning strategies.
- Create a strong brand message and identity across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages, socials).
- Monitor and analyze competitors' branding, launches, and campaigns in the market.
- Build brand awareness and work with our Head of Communications to promote the brand effectively.
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
- Multi-Channel Marketing - Lead integrated campaigns across digital, PR, social media, and events to drive awareness and engagement.
- ABM: Use Lead Forensics to identify potential customers and collaborate with asset managers, marketing executives, and digital agencies for targeting.
- Digital & Website Management - Oversee website content, SEO, and UX for a seamless user experience.
- Customer Engagement & Lifecycle Marketing - Manage customer satisfaction initiatives and implement marketing automation to improve retention.
- Social Media & Content - Manage LinkedIn and content marketing to position the company as a sector thought leader.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management - Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align with business goals.
- Events & Industry Presence - Plan and execute industry events, PR initiatives, and brand partnerships to increase visibility.
