Maldon Salt, renowned for its rich heritage and exquisite flavour, is on the lookout for a visionary Head of Marketing to elevate its ambitious international plans.

If you’re passionate about driving impactful product launches and crafting compelling campaigns that captivate audiences worldwide, then this is your chance to do that for one of the world’s best-loved Food brands.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Develop and oversee the delivery of a clear brand strategy for the UK & Export markets as part of a 3-5 year business plan.
  • Be a key part of the NPD team, working closely with the Commercial Director, Innovation team, and Sales.
  • Collaborate with local markets and International Marketing to ensure understanding and adherence to the Global brand strategy, essence, and positioning, following Maldon Salt brand guidelines.
  • Implement the new digital strategy focusing on PR, Social, and Influencer marketing to increase engagement and improve conversion rates globally.
  • Manage suppliers and creative agencies, building strong relationships to ensure first-class service and value for money.
  • Coach and develop direct reports (Assistant Brand Manager) and indirect reports (Marketing Executive).

About You:

  • Extensive brand marketing experience, preferably within the Food Industry (FMCG or consumer goods considered).
  • Detail-oriented with strong deadline management skills, understanding customer and consumer needs.
  • Good mentorship skills with strong values and integrity.

  • Passion for food with a robust understanding of brand and heritage.
