Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals, focusing on generating qualified leads.
- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering innovation and high performance.
- Define and monitor KPIs to measure effectiveness, ROI, and budget utilization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies.
Lead Generation
- Create and execute impactful lead generation campaigns across digital and traditional channels to increase nursery enrollment.
- Optimize marketing funnels and customer journeys to improve conversion rates and reduce costs per acquisition.
- Leverage data analytics and marketing automation to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
Promotion & Campaigns
- Manage promotional campaigns supporting sales, product launches, and seasonal events.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing content and assets.
- Manage media planning and digital advertising spend to maximize ROI.
- Coordinate local marketing initiatives while maintaining group-wide brand consistency.
Brand Awareness & Positioning
- Build and safeguard the brand’s reputation, voice, and visual identity across all channels.
- Oversee PR, social media, community engagement, and reputation management.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform messaging strategies.
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Set and track KPIs, producing performance reports for leadership.
- Use insights to refine campaigns and strategies continually.
- Stay informed on childcare sector trends and parent expectations.
About you:
To excel, you should meet the following criteria:
- 5+ years of senior marketing experience, ideally in Early Years, education, healthcare, or service-driven multi-site industries
- Experience scaling marketing efforts across multiple locations
- Proven success in lead generation campaigns achieving enrollment growth
- Expertise in digital/traditional marketing tools and CRM platforms
- Strong creative, analytical, and performance-driven skills
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership abilities
