Job description

Description

Founded in 2015, Aqua Security is the pioneer in securing containerized and cloud native applications. The Aqua Platform enables organizations to secure every cloud native application everywhere, from code commit to runtime. With enterprise scale that doesn’t slow development pipelines, Aqua helps customers secure their future in the cloud.

We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our growing team at Aqua. This role goes beyond traditional product marketing, it’s a hands-on, collaborative role that supports a lean, agile marketing team through content leadership, sales enablement, and go-to-market execution. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we position and communicate the value of the Aqua Platform, partnering closely with sales, product, and customer success to drive impact across the funnel.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety and ownership that comes with a smaller team, and who is excited to help shape how we bring our products to market in a time of growth and transformation.

This is a remote opportunity based in the United Kingdom and reports to the Director of Product Marketing.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Sales Enablement: Build and maintain sales enablement materials that help sellers win including pitch decks, competitive battlecards, one-pagers, and product training content. Act as a strategic partner to sales and sales enablement teams.
  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Craft compelling, differentiated messaging that clearly communicates our value to both technical and business audiences. Ensure messaging is consistent across all internal and external channels.
  • Content Strategy and Development: Drive the development of high-impact content including solution briefs, web copy, blogs, whitepapers, and customer-facing presentations that support awareness, demand, and sales conversations.
  • Go-to-Market Leadership: Own go-to-market plans for product launches and feature releases. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure readiness across sales, marketing, and customer success.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, sales, customer success, and field marketing to ensure alignment on key initiatives and content needs.
  • Webinars and Events: Represent Aqua as a subject matter expert in customer-facing events, internal enablement sessions, and industry webinars.

About the Team

Requirements
  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, cloud native, or DevSecOps.
  • Strong background in sales enablement and content that helps sellers articulate value and close deals.
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, able to translate technical features into compelling value for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment, flexible, agile, and excited to roll up your sleeves as priorities evolve.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in smaller teams and is willing to wear multiple hats.
  • Experience delivering presentations, webinars, or training sessions is a plus.
  • Eager to learn and expand product marketing skills.
  • Collaborative, motivated team player.

If you’re ready for an exciting opportunity to dive into the hottest cybersecurity category, now is the perfect time to join Aqua!We are a global organization where every Aquarian can make a difference and make a big impact. Aqua also offers great company culture, amazing colleagues, international travel, paid volunteer time-off and lots more!
