Job summary

Haven is seeking an Entertainment Team Manager to oversee multiple venues, live shows and tours, coordinating a team of entertainers to create memorable guest experiences. You will work with the Head of Activities to drive exceptional performances and smooth day-to-day operations across sites in Filey and surroundings.

The role emphasizes leadership, planning events, staff development, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction, with work including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in leadership within entertainment/lacations or multi-venue operations.
• Proven ability to plan and co-ordinate events and productions.
• Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the entertainment team to deliver excellent service and hit targets.
• Oversee guest experience and ensure a welcoming atmosphere across venues.
• Monitor performance, provide feedback, coaching and reviews.
• Schedule staff, manage budgets and resources for efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and standards across operations.
• Support staff development through training and mentoring.
