Job summary

Haven is seeking an Entertainment Team Manager to lead multi‑venue operations, live shows and tours, overseeing logistics and daily operations to bring the magic to life. You will manage a team of entertainers and work to ensure flawless guest experiences across venues.

You will work with the Head of Activities to motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while continuously raising the bar.

Qualifications

• Led teams in entertainment or events within a live-show environment.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate events and productions.
• Strong leadership and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and support the team to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee guest experience and drive a welcoming atmosphere.
• Monitor performance and provide regular coaching and reviews.
• Oversee scheduling, budgets, and resources to maximise efficiency.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and policies.
• Train and develop staff with mentoring and growth opportunities.
