Qualifications

• Head of Lettings experience or senior lettings professional.
• Proven people-management and staff-development skills.
• Strong knowledge of residential lettings.
• Commercial mindset with ownership of performance.
• Ability to list and win landlord instructions.
• Confidence in driving conversion and team results.
• Hands-on leadership style with coaching ability.
• Ability to identify strengths and development needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-line lettings team day-to-day.
• Manage, coach, train and develop staff.

• Grow the managed portfolio.
