Pay range and compensation package

• Up to £35,000 D.O.E basic salary OTE circa £45,000, with scope to earn more as the business grows
• Performance-led, uncapped commission structure
• Commissions awarded at 2.5%, 5% and 7.5% (will speak through budgets achieved at interview stage)
• Commission measured and paid quarterly on cumulative performance
