Working closely with the Head of Compliance and leading a small Legal team, your responsibilities will include:

1. Managing legal and regulatory strategy
2. Supporting commercial operations
3. Providing expert legal guidance across areas including regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and corporate governance
4. Overseeing Corporate Governance: advising executives and the board on governance, ethics, and best practices
5. Reviewing and negotiating contracts
