Forsyth Barnes is assisting a growing multi-site retail business in London with the recruitment of a Head of IT. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on management of a small IT team to ensure technology supports stores, head office, and warehouse operations.

Reporting to the IT Director, you will drive operational excellence, manage suppliers, and push improvements across ERP, security, and service delivery. This role offers significant ownership and a fast-paced, agile environment.

Formación

• Experience leading IT teams in multi-site environments.
• Proven track record delivering IT operations improvements.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms (Dynamics 365 / NAV).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the internal IT team.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and service delivery.
• Manage infrastructure, business systems and suppliers.
• Support and optimise ERP environments.
• Ensure security, reliability and scalability of critical systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in technology and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver tech enhancements.
• Support IT roadmap delivery and future initiatives.
