Job summary

Advocate Group, on behalf of a globally recognised premium beauty business, is hiring an Affiliate Manager to shape and scale its TikTok Shop affiliate channel on a 12‑Month FTC. You will build and nurture creator partnerships, drive commercial performance, and integrate affiliate activity with brand campaigns, product launches and live events, while collaborating with social teams and agencies in the UK.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in influencer or affiliate marketing within FMCG or beauty.
• Strong network of creators/affiliates and relationship building.
• Understanding of how creator activity translates into sales and growth.

Responsibilities

• Build and execute the TikTok Shop affiliate strategy, growing and nurturing a high-performing network of creators and affiliates.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, identifying the right creators to drive engagement, brand relevance and commercial performance.
• Integrate affiliate activity into key brand campaigns, product launches and TikTok Shop commercial moments.
• Work closely with the wider Social Commerce and brand teams to identify opportunities, brief affiliates and bring activations to life.
• Support TikTok Live activity, including scheduling, host briefing, product selection and operational delivery.
• Track affiliate and live-commerce performance, using data and insights to optimise activity, improve ROI and drive growth.
• Work closely with agency partners, TikTok and internal stakeholders to develop the channel and establish effective ways of working.

The Advocate Group is partnering with a globally recognised premium beauty business to find an Affiliate Manager to help build and scale its TikTok Shop affiliate channel on a 12-Month FTC.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the growth of TikTok Shop within premium beauty, building strong relationships with affiliates and creators while helping shape and scale the channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute the TikTok Shop affiliate strategy, growing and nurturing a high-performing network of creators and affiliates.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with affiliates, identifying the right creators to drive engagement, brand relevance and commercial performance.
• Integrate affiliate activity into key brand campaigns, product launches and TikTok Shop commercial moments.

About You:

• Proven experience within influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, creator partnerships or a related area within FMCG.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, ideally with hands-on TikTok Shop and/or affiliate experience.
• Experience building and managing creator or affiliate communities, with a genuine strength in relationship building.
• Commercially minded, with an understanding of how creator activity can translate into sales and growth.
• Highly organised and confident balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
