Christopher Keats Media Limited, a fast-growing UK beauty brand, is hiring a TikTok Affiliate Manager to own and grow the affiliate programme on TikTok Shop. You will work with the social and marketing teams to recruit, onboard, and nurture creators from nano to influencer levels, driving brand awareness and revenue.

The role sits at the intersection of creator relationships, performance marketing, and social commerce.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in TikTok management, affiliate management, or influencer marketing.
• Proven track record growing an affiliate or creator programme.
• Passion for the beauty industry.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center backend.
• Proven ability building relationships with creators and coordinating content.
• Strong relationship-building and motivation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse performance data.
• Experience with beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and onboard new TikTok affiliates aligned with brand aesthetics and values.
• Manage ongoing relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they have content, products and support they need to perform.
• Monitor affiliate performance metrics (GMV, views, conversion, commission) and optimising accordingly.
• Identify trending content formats and briefing affiliates on best-performing creative approaches.
• Leverage and nurture direct relationship with TikTok to stay ahead of platform updates and opportunities.
• Negotiate commission structures, gifting arrangements and paid partnerships.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team on affiliate-led campaigns and product launches.
• Report on affiliate programme performance with clear, actionable insights.
