Journey Further is seeking an experienced delivery ops lead to standardize delivery across three pod leads for influencers and AI/software clients. You will build scalable workflows, manage resourcing, and ensure campaigns land on time, on budget, and to brief.

Qualifications

• Significant agency experience in delivery, projects or operations across social and influencer campaigns.
• Understanding of how campaigns are delivered, priced and timed, and how usage rights work.
• Familiarity with influencer connections with paid social, AEO, PR and marketing mix.
• Experience building workflows or automations with AI, not just using off-the-shelf tools.
• Ability to coach teams day-to-day and improve processes.

Responsabilités

• Operationally manage three pod leads and set delivery standards across Journey Further and Saulderson clients.
• Build project plans and timelines to land work on time, on budget, and to brief.
• Own resourcing and scheduling with central resourcing to allocate specialists and freelancers.
• Manage deadlines and build systems to keep the team on track and catch slippage early.
• Set up campaign workflows for contracting, approvals, reporting and freelancer management.
• Run client reporting with a steady cadence and proactive updates if at risk.
• Ensure teams are busy with the right work and reallocate when projects end or clients move on.
• Oversee handover from sales to delivery, ensuring clear briefs at project starts.
• Quality-assure creator content and outputs across pods.
• Triage issues, turn them into SOPs, and elevate to leadership when needed.
• Improve how we find and onboard creators, raise quality and approval rates.
