Job summary

Journey Further, Saulderson’s influencer-delivery arm, is expanding its team to standardize delivery across three pods: gaming, CPG and AI/software. You’ll own delivery processes, timelines and quality, guiding pod leads and ensuring campaigns land on budget and brief with right people involved.

Responsibilities include building workflows, managing resources, and creating AI-assisted tooling. You’ll drive proactive problem solving and handover from sales to delivery, enabling directors to focus

Qualifications

• Significant agency experience in delivery, projects or operations across social and influencer.
• Understanding of how campaigns are delivered, priced, timed and how usage rights work.
• Familiarity with influencer connections to paid social, PR and the wider marketing mix.
• Experience building workflows, automations or agents with AI, not just using off-the-shelf tools.
• Comfort with project management, resourcing and reporting tools and defining tooling needs.

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage three pod leads and set delivery standards across Journey Further and Saulderson clients.
• Build project plans and timelines to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery to briefs.
• Own resourcing and scheduling with central resourcing to allocate specialists and freelancers.
• Manage deadlines and implement systems to keep the team on track and recover slippage.
• Set up campaign workflows for contracting, approvals, reporting and freelancer management.
• Run client reporting with a steady cadence, including weekly Slack updates, escalating at risk items.
• Ensure teams are funded with the right work and reallocate when projects end or client shifts.
• Oversee handover from sales to delivery with a clear campaign brief.
• Quality-assure creator content and outputs across pods.
• Triage issues, turn them into SOPs, and elevate to leadership when needed.
• Improve onboarding of creators and raise approval rates to hit first wins faster.
• Define delivery tooling needs and build internal tools, workflows, and AI-assisted automations.
