Job summary

Journey Further Group is seeking a delivery-focused leader to oversee our three pod leads across gaming, CPG and AI/software clients. You will implement standards, build processes, and proactively fix issues to free directors to focus on strategy and growth.

You will own handovers from sales to delivery, ensure campaigns start with a clear brief, and continuously improve influencer delivery tooling with AI, resourcing and workflows.

Qualifications

• Significant agency experience in delivery, projects or operations across social and influencer activities.
• Knowledge of how campaigns are delivered, priced and timed, including usage rights and agreements.

Responsibilities

• Operationally manage three pod leads and set the standard for delivery across Journey Further and Saulderson clients.
• Build project plans and timelines for every client to land on time, on budget and to brief.
• Own resourcing and scheduling with the central resourcing team to allocate specialists and freelancers.
• Manage deadlines and build systems to keep the team on track; spot slippage early and intervene.
• Set up campaign workflows for contracting, approvals, reporting and freelancer management.
• Run client reporting with a steady cadence, including weekly Slack updates, stepping in if at risk.
