Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Head of Product Support to lead the delivery of in-service support for four products, spanning domestic and export customers. You will drive strategy, budgets and cross-functional collaboration to ensure high system availability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a technical degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in-service support teams in an aerospace/defence context.
• Understanding of UK In-Service operational needs and stakeholder perspectives.
• Familiarity with relevant UK/NATO standards and DEF-STAN guidance.
• Ability to work effectively in international, cross-functional teams.
• Proven leadership and people management skills in complex programmes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and technical direction for in-service support across four products, for domestic and export customers.
• Maintain and evolve the product support strategy, plan and deliver cost-effective in-service support.
• Engage with customers, engineering, procurement, partners and suppliers to support business winning activities.
