Job summary

MBDA UK is seeking a Head of Product Support to provide leadership and technical direction in the delivery of in-service support for four products, with domestic and export customers. You will manage project budgets and lead a multi-skilled team to ensure system availability and user satisfaction.

You will collaborate with Customers, Customer Support, Engineering, B&P, Sales & Business Development, Project Procurement, Partners and Suppliers to maintain and evolve the support strategy.

Qualifications

• Educated to technical degree standard or equivalent industry experience.
• Good understanding of UK in-service operational needs with the ability to see User, Procurer, and Supplier perspectives.
• Knowledge of relevant internal / external national and international standards, policies, and processes (e.g. DEF-STAN 00-60/00-600).
• Ability to work in an international environment (customers, team members and suppliers).
• Effective people management skills and leadership behaviours.
• A good understanding and working knowledge of support models utilised within the Aerospace and Defence domain.
